Admission Forms
You can view and download the form for CURRENT school year for admission 2025-2026.
2026-2027 Academic year
This year the school will use an online portal for Admission for the 2026-2027 school year. This will open on 1st December and can be accessed via a link that will be posted here before 1st December.
Please have a scanned copy of the documents required ready for upload.(Birth Cert and a family proof of address)
Admission 2026
This portal can be used for applications from junior infants to 6th class for 2026.
Alternatively, Admission forms for September 2026 can be submitted. These will be available online from 24th November, these will not be accepted until the opening date of 1st December 2025.
Forms may be posted to the school or delivered in person. Emails are not accepted.
Paper copy Forms must be accompanied by a copy of a Birth Cert and a family proof of address
A paper copy of the admission form is available for collection in the school office.
In order to complete the admission process we require the following documents:
- Completed Form or online submission
- Your daughter’s PPSN
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of address (within the last 3 months)
