Admission Forms
You can view and download the form for CURRENT school year admission 2024-2025.
2025-2026 Academic year
Admission forms for September 2025 available now however, these will not be accepted until the opening date of 2nd December.
Forms may be posted to the school or delivered in person. Emails are not accepted.
A paper copy is available for collection in the school office.
In order to complete the admission process we require the following documents:
- Completed Form
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of address (within the last 3 months)
- Your daughter’s PPSN
